Pursuant to Law 4445/2016, within the local government level of the National Mechanism, the Directorate of Social Welfare of each Region is responsible for preparing and submitting an annual report, subject to approval by the relevant Regional Council, to the competent departments of the Directorate of Social Inclusion and Social Cohesion and the Directorate for Combating Poverty of the General Directorate of Welfare.
